Will this work with my CRM?
Yes, if you use Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or GoHighLevel. We pull your customer data, sync new jobs, and match leads to customers automatically. If you use something else, email us — we add new integrations every few weeks and we'll prioritize yours if there's enough demand.
Is setup really 5 minutes? Or is that marketing speak?
It's two OAuth clicks (Google LSA and your CRM), then you wait while we backfill 90 days of history. The clicking part is about 2 minutes. The backfill runs in the background and takes up to 15 minutes depending on how much data you have. You don't have to watch it.
What if I don't run Google LSA ads?
LeadKatch still works, but you'll be missing the most important piece of the puzzle. If you're running any paid ads (Facebook, Google Ads, website forms, Yelp, Thumbtack), we can still capture those leads, automate responses, and track ROI. That said, LSA is where most home service contractors see the biggest automation wins — if you're not running it yet, we can help you get set up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no “cancel by email only” tricks. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export everything (leads, jobs, analytics, attribution history) as CSV before you cancel. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it permanently. We don't sell, share, or use your data for anything other than running LeadKatch for you.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. If you can log into Gmail, you can set up LeadKatch. The only technical step is approving two OAuth permissions — exactly like signing into a new app with Google. No API keys, no code, no configuration files. If you get stuck, email us and we'll do it with you over a Zoom.
What size business is this for?
LeadKatch works best for home service businesses spending $1,000–$10,000 per month on paid ads (Google LSA, Google Ads, Facebook). That's usually 1–10 technicians in the field. If you're smaller, Starter at $99/mo is still profitable for you. If you're bigger, the LeadKatch plan scales to hundreds of leads per week.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No card up front. You can sign up, connect your accounts, and run LeadKatch on real lead data before paying. If it's not the right fit, walk away — no charge, no sales follow-up. When you're ready to keep going, pick the plan that matches your business size.
What does the AI actually do?
Three things. It drafts replies to incoming leads in your voice (you approve, it sends). It looks at your spend and lead data to flag where your ad budget is working hardest — and where it's leaking. And it drafts responses to your Google reviews so you don't stare at a blank box. You always have the final say.
